(Adm. Pierre Januário)
Our country is great, full of opportunities, larger than
many European and more than many Americans, we are the eighth largest economy.
A dream of Brazilians is to own one's own business, own your own business, Lord
of your life.
Undertaken, is one of the paths that leads people to
realize this dream.
According to the report of the GEM (Global
Entrepreneurship Monitor - http://www.gemconsortium.org), 13 in 100 Brazilian
adults are involved with the entrepreneurial business itself, are conducting,
managing, promoting their own businesses, whether through opening new business
or buying an operating business.
Not easy, is not a bed of roses, the environment is
aggressive, governments do not help, the market is demanding, the tax burden is
heavy, credit is expensive bureaucracy paralyzes, the cost is high, and the
loneliness eats but ... for the good of families, municipalities, states and
the country is necessary to overcome all challenges. Companies pay taxes,
employ people and are key to the economic development of any city.
Among the many mistakes committed by new and old
entrepreneurs point out four main types:
• Do not think big, do not miss opportunities to prepare
for the great and good deals;
• Seek financial resources in the wrong places for people
and investors inadequate, unable to format and present their ideas, thus losing
time and more money;
• Centralizing and suffocate. To grow you need to
delegate, assemble and rely on the team, without people, no company can grow;
and
• They forget what it takes to sell, you will earn money
by selling along the way are so many problems, fires and challenges that they
forget the most challenging, sell. All other issues are ancillary, which will
ensure the survival of the business is the sale of products or services.
My advice to entrepreneurs, constantly observe these four
problems and stay alert not to fall into these traps, you need to turn small
businesses into large companies.
Entrepreneurs, strength, energy and stamina to thrive.
